I am currently in law school; I find it interesting, but for a profession that can be quite dull, I enjoy balancing it out with creative hobbies. I love to learn new things, but I do not consider myself very good at any one thing. I like to read, despite law school taking up a good bulk of my reading time, and I like to find new activities that bring me joy. I have dabbled in playing several string instruments, notably violin for 10+ years and guitar for a couple. I have had some fun with watercolor and cross stitch, and more recently crochet. I am currently taking up knitting!

I enjoy postcrossing-- nothing is more beautiful to me than exchanging handwritten postcards with people all over the world. It's so sweet to imagine someone looking at my profile and picking out a postcard to send to me. Whoever is reading this, you should join!
I love museums. I love music. I love art. I really love art, actually, and I find myself especially drawn to mediums that I feel completely unable to comprehend. I know how yarn works, but how does one really control oil paint?

I'm rambling, I think. I suppose html was just next on my list of things to pick up and try. Though there is something extra enticing about creating a space that is truly my own, rather than whatever I can cram into the confines of Twitter's formatting.
